Watergraafsmeer Wellness Covid-19 Protocol

*Upon entry to the practice, please remove shoes and immediately wash hands with soap in the bathroom before entering the treatment room.

*Please fill in the pre-treatment questionnaire and sign (if you have not already e-mailed the answers). You must answer “no” to all of the questions to be able to receive treatment.

*Appointments are scheduled with enough time in between to avoid contact with other clients, however if that happens (when my colleague is working, for instance) please be mindful of maintaining 1,5 meters distance.

*The client is welcome to wear a protective mask, but it is not required, as is the same for the therapist. I want you to be aware of the risks, but have the freedom to choose how to protect yourself. If you prefer that I wear a mask, I will do so.

*There are washable masks and hand disinfectant available for use in the practice.

Massage Protocol:

*I will wash hands in the therapy room before the treatment begins and immediately after.

*We will talk as little as possible, but of course please let me know if anything is uncomfortable or needs to be adjusted

Between Appointments:

*all door handles, surfaces and objects that come into contact with clients and the therapist are thoroughly disinfected.

*The floor is mopped.

-The massage table towels are replaced and the face cradle is sanitised and a new cover is used. All linens are washed at 90 degrees.

*The window is opened

*a new cover for the chair is placed.

*At the end of each day the WC, hallway and treatment room again are thoroughly cleaned.

Please be aware that these are all precautions against the spread of the coronavirus and can in no way guarantee the prevention of contamination.
